Vadim Rudenko has participated in many prestigious competitions. He is a prize-winner of the Queen Elisabeth Music Competition in Brussels (Belgium, 1991), the Paloma O’Shea Santander International Piano Competition (Spain, 1992), the Gian Battista Viotti International Music Competition in Vercelli (Italy, 1993), the Tchaikovsky International Competition in Moscow (3d Prize in 1994 and 2nd Prize in 1998), the Richter Competition in Moscow (4th Prize in 2005). He performs in the leading concert halls of Europe and worldwide. Since 1998 he has been a soloist of the Moscow State Academic Philharmonic. His rich repertoire comprises works by Rachmaninov, Tchaikovsky, Bach, Mozart, Schubert, Chopin, Schuman and Brahms.
