Soloists

Galina Koroleva,

soprano. Graduated from the Volgograd College of Arts (1994) and the Leonid Sobinov State Conservatory in Saratov (2000, Prof. Jareshko's class). In 1999–2004, the singer performed with the Saratov Opera and Ballet Theatre.

Galina joined the Novaya Opera in 2004.

  • Prize-winner of the International competition “The Amber Nightingale” in Kaliningrad (2000, First Prize)
  • Prize-winner of the Irina Bogacheva All-Russia Contest in St. Petersburg (2003, Third Prize)
  • Prize-winner of the Maria Callas International Competition in Athens (Greece)
  • Prize-winner of the Glinka International Competition in Astrakhan (2003)
