Sergey Polyakov,

tenor. Sergey Polyakov graduated from the Russian Academy of Dramatic Art (RATI-GITIS) in 2005 with a degree in Musical Theatre Performance. In 2005–2007, he studied at the Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Centre, performing Alméric in Tchaikovsky’s Iolanta, Lensky and Triquet in Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin, Lykov and Bomelius in Rimsky-Korsakov’s The Tsar’s Bride, Le Remendado in Bizet’s Carmen. The singer participated in many international and Russian festivals as a soloist of the Centre.

Sergey Polyakov joined the Novaya Opera Theatre in 2008.
