“Ah, what has our Godfather made for us this time?..”
It is a magical family production with a fairytale plot and a spectacular kaleidoscope of scenes. It is based on Hoffmann’s famous fairytale about the bravery of love, its indestructible power and about the impotence of meanness. Wherever Kasatkina and Vasilyov show their production of The Nutcracker, children always take part in it. The audience is fascinated by the seven-headed Mouse King, who was unfairly forgotten in other versions of the renowned ballet. And the performance is veiled in romantic mystery, exciting and cool like a candy in your mouth.
