| | | | | Anna Sinitsyna, mezzo-soprano, graduated from the Gnessins Russian Academy of Music (Associate Prof’. Dmitrieva’s class) in 2012. In the same year she entered the Master’s degree programme in the Academy. Since 2007, she has been a soloist of the opera studio under the Academy where she has performed Marcellina and Cherubino in Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro, Zitta in Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi, Olga in Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin, Polina in Tchaikovsky’s The Queen of Spades. In 2006, the singer was awarded a scholarship of the Moscow Region Governor for her achievements in art. In 2013, she joined the Novaya Opera Theatre. In 2017, she sang Flora in Verdi’s La Traviata in the 63rd Festival Puccini in Torre del Lago (Italy) at the Gran Teatro Puccini under the baton of Jan Latham-Koenig.
