How to reserve tickets


1. General information
1.1. Ticket reservation is available only to registered users.
1.2. Registration is free and voluntary.
1.3. When you reserve tickets on our website you gain access to all the performances placed in the What’s On
section of the Novaya Opera website.
 
 

1.4. Tickets are to be reserved and collected in accordance with the Novaya Opera’s rules.
1.5. Before you complete your reservation, we advise you to read the information about the performance on our website at http://www.novayaopera.ru/ . Should any questions arise, you can always contact us on the phone (see Contact us section) and only then complete your reservation.

2. Access to the system
2.1. Any user can get access to the ticket reservation system by registering on the website
2.2. When registering it is necessary to provide the following information
2.2.1. Name and surname to which all your reservations will be issued
2.2.2. Email address (it will be used as your login to sign in)
2.2.3. Phone number
2.2.4. Password to sign in (to confirm it please enter your password twice)
2.3. When you fill in all the required fields, you will receive an email with a confirmation code necessary to complete and confirm your registration.
 

2.4. You cannot register an already registered email (a notification will be sent to the given email)
2.5. If you forgot your password, please use our “Forgot your password?” option and follow the system instructions.
2.6. When a user completes his/her registration, he/she gets access to their account and the possibility to reserve tickets online.
2.7. You can also register when reserving; the system will advise you on that.

3. Your Account
A user’s account contains
3.1. List of all current reservations, including expired reservations that have not been cancelled
 

3.2. Reservation archive
3.3. Settings (user’s personal data with the possibility to edit them and to change your password)

4. Reservation procedure
Reservation is done in three stages
4.1. Stage 1. Sign in (Register)
4.1.1. You can choose seats even if you are not registered. But we recommend to first register or sign in not to waste your time when completing your reservation.
4.1.2. Please see clause 2 for ‘How to register’ information

4.2. Stage 2. Choose performance
4.2.1. To choose a performance you would like to see please click on the TICKETS button opposite to the performance. If there are seats available for online reservation, you will see the auditorium plan.
If there are no tickets available for online reservation, you will see a page saying how many tickets are left at the Novaya Opera box-office.
4.2.2. Ticket reservation is stopped 5 days before a performance. In that case you can buy tickets directly at the Novaya Opera box-office.
4. 2.3. If all the tickets are sold out, you will be redirected to the waiting list.

 

4.3. Stage 3. Choose your seats
4.3.1. All the seats available for online reservation will be seen on the auditorium plan with a price per ticket.
4.3.2. Tickets for events taking place in the Mirror Foyer are sold without a seat indication at a flat price, as at the Mirror Foyer events you can take any free seat. The Mirror Foyer Plan does not reflect actual seating, but only the number of seats available for reservation.
4.3.3. One registered user cannot reserve more than 4 tickets for one performance.
4.3.4. To change seats in your reservation you need to cancel some of the seats or your reservation completely and choose new ones.
4.3.5. To purchase more than 4 tickets, you need to pay the first reservation and then you can make a new reservation.
4.3.6. If registered, you will be able to complete your reservation immediately in one stage. The reservation will be issued to the name and surname submitted during the registration.
4.3.7. Your reservation is valid for three days including the day of reservation. Then your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

5. Reservation Status and possible actions
5.1. You need to buy out your reservation at the Novaya Opera box-office before your reservation expires.
5.2. Tickets reserved through the website must be collected within three days after your reservation including the day of the reservation. On the fourth day the reservation is automatically cancelled without further notification.
 

5.3. You can only buy out all tickets you have reserved. If you decide to cancel some of the tickets please do it yourself online.
5.4. You can cancel your reservation before it expires by clicking the button in your account (these tickets will be available for sale and seen to other users).

6. Payment and terms of ticket refund
6.1. You can pay in cash or by a bank card at the Novaya Opera box-office.
7. Online payment with a bank card
7.1. Payment is made through the authentication centre of the Bank’s processing centre using bank cards of the following payment systems:
  • VISA International
  • MasterCard World Wide

 

7.2. Procedure for Data Transfer
To pay for your purchase you will be forwarded to the ROSEVROBANK payment gateway to enter your card details. Please prepare your card beforehand. Connection with the payment gateway and data transfer is done in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol.
If your bank supports the secure electronic payment technology Verified by VISA or MasterCard Secure Code, you may be asked to enter a special password. Information on ways and possibility of getting passwords for making internet payments is available from the issuing bank.

 

Confidentiality of the transmitted personal information is protected by the ROSEVROBANK. The entered information will not be provided to third parties except as required by the laws of the Russian Federation. Payments with bank cards are made in strict accordance with the requirements of the payment systems Visa Int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl.

 


7.3. Payment Procedure
On the page of a reservation available for online payment, click the “pay online” button. Then carefully read the notice that comes up and click the “proceed to payment” button. The system will forward you to the protected page of the ROSEVROBANK payment gateway, where you will be asked to enter your bank card details and initiate its authorization.
Then you will automatically return to the NO website, where the result of your authorization will be displayed.
If the authorization is successful, the reservation proceeds to the status “Your reservation has been paid for. Confirmation awaited”. From this moment your reservation cannot expire or be cancelled.
In case the authorization has been rejected, you can repeat the payment procedure.

 

7.4. Payment confirmation and ticket collection
You can collect your tickets only after the money has been transferred to the theatre’s account. The payment confirmation arrives within three working days after the online payment with a bank card.
When your payment is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with a Certificate containing a pin code necessary to collect your tickets at the NO box-office. The Certificate with a pin code will also appear in your account on the page of the reservation.
Tickets can be collected at the NO box-office at the address Karetny Ryad 3 bld. 2 (Hermitage Garden), Moscow during the box-office operation hours. You can collect your tickets in advance or just before the performance.
To collect your tickets please show the printed certificate with a pin code (preferably) or tell a box-office clerk your reservation number and the appropriate pin code.
