An ensemble which has worked regularly with the Berlin, Czech and Israel Philharmonic Orchestras, is bringing to Russia its accounts of some of the best-loved works of the international choral repertoire. The Prague Philharmonic Choir will appear at the Moscow International House of Music on 31 October, 2018, with the Novaya Opera Orchestra under the baton of conductor Jan Latham-Koenig. The choir's eighty voices will fill the space of the Svetlanov Hall with the music of Leoš Janáček´s Glagolitic Mass. The Novaya Opera Orchestra will perform Slavonic Dances by the famous Czech composer, Antonín Dvořák.
This concert is being held under the auspices of H. E. Mr Vítězslav Pivoňka, Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Russian Federation.
